Ingredients
* 2,5 L water
* 100 g brown sugar
* 50 g rice
* 1 L dark beer
* cinnamon
* 100 g brown sugar
* 50 g rice
* 1 L dark beer
* cinnamon
Instructions
Put the water on a fire with the sugar and teh rice and boil it until the rice is done. Now the moment has come to add the beer and a little bit cinnamon. Stir the soup and let it boil for a while. Flemish beersoup has to be served very hot.
