*chop* - celery, Carrots, onions
* wash the potatoes (you konw the score)
*then*
* chuck all into a pot full of water.
* cook for 3 hours quite low.
* the flavour takes its time.
* Gradually add the oxo cubes into the mix.
Wala..... it mightin sond great but it still rangs
favourite in my cook book.
