pineapple coconut curry stew

first start your rice in a seperate kettle. combine 1 cup of rice to, 2 cups of water. set to medium high temp. leave covered and let boil for twenty to thirdy mins.
the reason to cook your rice seperate is because it speeds up the process and because it takes much longer to cook rice then your veggies and who wants soggie over cooked veg. then, basically combine all other ingrediants into a large kettle. cook at low medium heat until desired temperature. and finally once the rice is done add rice and serve. mm yummy
one note: you may have to kind of bend the recipe to your sweetness and heatunit level..but use your judgement.. (and yes i know, i m the worst speller on this side of the world)
