Hungarian Potatoes
Recipe crafted lovingly by spoonbender
November 08 2002.
Chop onions and sweat (lightly fry untill transparent) Chop potatoes into big chunks leaving skins on. Chop up about 3 cloves of garlic roughly and add to onions. Add the potatoes and as much paprica as you can handle add tin of chopped tomatoes and rosemary ( i usually just chuck a small branch in then take it uot when i am finished, like a bay leaf) top up with stock put the lid on it and put in an oven 200c for 30-40 mins. MMMM

have with sosmix sausages, toast and a cup of tea for the perfect hangover breakfast

hm, I'm a hungarian girl, but we cook it with weenies or sausages. Without them? It would be poor. And we eat it for lunch, not breakfast!
