Ingredients
* bread
* tomato Ketchup / Tomato Puree (whatever you prefer)
* cheese (any kind except fake plastic cheese)
* your choice of topping (ham, peppers, mushrooms etc)

* cheese (any kind except fake plastic cheese)
* your choice of topping (ham, peppers, mushrooms etc)
Instructions
Go down the pub, get very drunk (beer works best for me, some prefer a cheeky spirit)
Stagger home
Grate enough cheese to cover yr bread
Grill one side of the bread (ask an adult to light the grill)
Spread the puree / ketchup on the untoasted side
Add yr choice of topping
Spinkle cheese and love on top of the sauce and topping
Grill until the cheese has melted
Switch grill of to avoid burning yr house down
Serve with a drink of yr choice.
