coconut curried vegetables and tempeh / tofu

0 make coconut curry sauce. open a couple of cans of cocnut milk. pour into a bowl. mix in curry powder until desired spiceiness. mix salt and lemon juice till your taste buds approve of the sauce ... then pour in some spelt flour to thicken it up a bit. not to thick.

1 steam tempeh for 15 minutes to get it thoroughly cooked.

2 fry garlic and onion in the sesame seed oil until they smell cooked. throw the tempeh in with the garlic and onions and fry that a bit.
3 now. pour everything into a big pot. the veggies, truffles, coconut-curry sauce, tempeh with garlic and onions and pour in some water to thin it out a bit. cook on low for like a half hour or so. until veggies are tender. then enjoy over rice noodles or rice.

4 put cashews, raisins, chooped yellow and orange peppers, and shredded coconut on top.

enjoy the vegan delicacy.
