stir-fry chopped up veggies (including, of course, our Polish favourite: cabbage) in olive oil for about 2 minutes or so;
add soy-sauce and sesame oil and whatever else seems interesting (I add some fish paste and a good chili garlic sauce I got at the grocery store);
stir;
taste and, if need be, adjust the sauce;
toss in chopped firm tofy;
add some water, put on a lid, and let it simmer for a few minutes;
serve on a bed of rice
Quick and easy and delicious if you get the sauce right. It also leaves you with a really nice feeling in your bellie, as it's so light.
