Ingredients
* Top Quality Vanilla Ice Cream
* Fucking Good HOT espresso coffee.
* Nice wafers / those crispy tube things
* Lindt 70% cocoa dark chocolate.
* Large white cups.

Instructions
Get the cups out the cup-board, chill them in the freezer - this is a nice touch and will impress your guest(s)
Put a healthy ball of ice creem in each cup. Make the coffee in an espresso maker - the more expensive the machine the better. If you dont have an espresso machine then dont bother reading any further. Dont even think of using instant coffee.
Pour a decent shot of hot coffee over the ice cream; put a crispy tube and a couple of squares of chocolate on each saucer. serve immediately.
