recipe - Okonomiyaki Alarm Clock (for 4)

Ingredients
* Massive amounts o' The "L" Word
* 5 chicken eggs
* 1 quail egg
* 2.5 cups of wheat or 3 cups of rice flour
* 1 3/4 cups of Awase Miso
* Shitaki Mushrooms (to taste)
* One strobe light with blue filter
* Cooked Pork (To Taste, optional)
* Red pickled ginger
* Wasabi
* A bootleg copy of Bogdan Live @ Even Further
* Sesame or olive oil (to grease the griddle baby)
* Large onions
* Garlic powder
* Gearbox (not electric or digital) alarm clock
* minced garlic
* black pepper
* fresh (or otherwise) soba noodles
* large, clear bowl of stereo parts, milk and sliced cork.
* salt
Instructions
Play bootleg CD

Activate strobe light
adjust strobe light to point at large, clear bowl

Break the eggs in a bowl and mix well.
Add Awase Miso to the eggs and mix well. Do this slowly and beat so that the mixture is without lumps.

heat griddle

thinly slice any veggie you want listed above, place in seperate bowl.

add prepared wasabi, garlic powder and minced garlic to eggs

set alarm clock for 17 minutes after the present time

add bowl one to bowl two

stir very well

knock large, clear bowl onto the floor in a fit of rage/love

with a ladel, scoop one load of batter onto the griddle

while the first side is cooking, add soba noodles to the uncooked side

flip when first side is brown and crispy

add soy sauce (or your preference) and sprinkle salt and pepper to cooked side while other side is cooking

flip second side

serve with plum rice wine, more wasabi

alarm clock should have gone off by now....shut it off
