Ingredients
* 200g of Bulgur Wheat
* 2.5Times as much Veg Stock as above
* 1 Large Onion
* 2-3 Garlic Cloves
* 1 Large Red Chilli
* 3 Ripe Plum Tomatoes
* Vege Option
* Haloumi is a Greek cheese.
* If this can not be found,
Mozzarella is a substitute.
* 2.5Times as much Veg Stock as above

Instructions
Put oven on at 200c
Chop onion and fry in olive oil until soft and coloured

Chop garlic and chilli add to above, cook for 2 mins
Meanwhile make the stock

Pour in the bulgur wheat for 1 min
Add stock, quartered toms, (haloumi)

Put in oven for 15-20 mins

Serve with fresh parsley and black pepper
