* take two thickly cut slices of italian bread.
* cover the surfaces of each with tomato slices.
* sprinkle a bit of basil on the tomatoes.
* cut thick slices of havarti cheese (monterey jack is good as well) and cover layer of -tomatoes.
* add more basil or pepper if desired.
* place piles face up in toaster oven.
* toast until cheese is very melted and bread is browned.
* serve on plate with fruit drink of your choice.
