recipe - Fat Polish Mans Bigos
Recipe crafted lovingly by Pajac
Ingredients
* Half kilo Pork meat
* Half Kilo Sausage, wiejska is the best
* 2 or 3 large jars of Sauerkraut cabbage
* Tomato puree and White homebaked bread
or mash potatoes.
* Maggi
Instructions
Put the cabbage in a large pot and stew
for 3 hours with the sausage(chopped to suit taste buds)
Then add the pork meat and
puree and stew for a further hour or 2
Then add the magic ingredient,
MAGGI available from most good
supermarkets.

Serve with bread or mashed potatoes,
for a special treat quickly fry
the bigos with some cumin seeds, mmmm.

Add salt and pepper (or chilli for a bit
of spice) to suit taste and enjoy!!
