boku mo wakaran loosely means 'i dont get it either' or 'i also dont understand'. we think that the kanji on the bottom of the front says 'bogu' which corresponds to bog[dan]. our trusty j/e dictionary says that the first character means 'imitating' and the second means 'stupidity/foolishness'. we've read on the web that he originally gigged in japan as 'agent30' perhaps explaining the agent30.tif reference on the front. allegedly, his little brother did the cover for this album.

No. He's Polish and has lived in Japan and the United Kingdom. I believe he's residing in the USA now.
