i thnik the bogdan remix on that hefty comp is more like the bogdan i enjoy (samurai beatz, thinking of you). not quite as hard but still in the same vein. but i agree, they're pumping poor bogdan to death.

i have a question to all people who buy records ...from rephlex ...warp ...scematics and shit ..??? how can you afford to buy all that stuff ....out here (belguim ) there are only few record shops that have alot of that stuff ...you have to order a record and than wait 4 weeks for the damn thing to arrive ...it's impossible to keep up ..

to gummo- i let sellers on ebay rape me so i can get good records. sumtimes you get lucky (alec empire - the destroyer 2LP= 12 bux) and sumtimes you pay out the butt (new skam passarini remix single= 27)
to kuma: why shouldn;t it be groundbreaking? i don't want the musicians i like to keep making shit that sounds the same just cause it sells records. not asking anyone to reinvent the wheel, but are you gonna keep eating the same box of your favorite crakers after they get stale?
luckily, i don't think bogdan's gotten there yet. i just hope these new releases are quality and not shit thats getting dumped on the market so bogdan fans shell out for it.

That's steep ($27 for the passarani remixes!) , I know it's good stuff, but I'm sure you could have got a better deal thru the Skam site... I bought my copy in my local store for about $9,50... And I wouldn't say that it was difficult to come by either...

personally, i'm VERY interested in hearing all of bogdan's music. i'm not saying that everything he releases is guaranteed to be spot-on and wonderful, but i'm still curious to piece together the evolution of his sound.
anyway, it would be great if the 2LP set was available here first. i prefer buying direct instead of through the shipping warehouse middle-man, or (serpico009) ebay. yikes. anybody else get the special treats in your Boku Mo Wakaran t-shirt order? that's what i'm taking about. attention to detail and giving the fans something extra... however minor.
